I love how adaptable the full body workouts are at The Fitness Lab., and more-so how quick and intense they can get! My first time with Team TFL under Joshua’s watchful eye was an intense experience! As I learned the overall tempo of The Body Party Treatment, I was able to adapt it to my particular needs on any given day. I’ve tried several programs with TFL and they are challenging, energizing and rewarding, both in how you feel and in what you see in the mirror! I will always count on The Fitness Lab. for my lifestyle fitness needs.

Whew, The Fitness Lab does it RIGHT! I will say that I (tried, struggled, and eventually completed ‘haha’) The Body Party Treatment to ultimately realize that I'm way more out of shape than I previously thought! The workouts were easy to follow and when I reached out to Joshua and TFL staff for any questions or concerns I was met with nothing but helpful information and feedback. What I really like about this treatment is that it's not the traditional/rote workout routine with weights. It helped me move around and challenged me to 'move differently', if that makes sense. The Fitness Lab is EVERYTHING I could have asked for in a workout and personal training platform. So, I invested in the Body Party Treatment and I can tell you, I FELT it (in a great way)! I’m active, but terrible at being consistent when it comes to working out. I have access to a gym but it’s 30 minutes away as I live in a rural area and most of my activities center around ranch chores. Because the Body Party didn’t require equipment and it’s something I can do at home, I found myself actually sticking to the routine. Plus, it worked muscles I didn’t know I had! 

One concern I had initially were the amount of exercises that focused on putting weight fully on one knee. I’m okay with squats or any type of exercise that evenly distributes my weight, but not targeted ones like lunges. When I reached out to Joshua and The Fitness Lab Team on how I could replace those, he was very quick to give me other exercises that I could do without injuring myself and even provided links to videos on modifications if those exercises were still too strenuous on my knees. 

Overall, I absolutely LOVED this workout and after doing them in the morning; I felt energized and refreshed throughout the day without that mid-afternoon slump! The Fitness Lab did this one RIGHT!

The Fitness Lab’s Body Party Express Treatment gave me EVERYTHING I needed and more! I’m not what you would consider a “gym person,” but this workout was accessible and comprehensive—it included some cardio, upper body, lower body and abs. It could easily be modified for all bodies and abilities. Joshua, the trainer who helped me, explained the workout and gave me a detailed written plan, which I can take with me when I travel. PLUS, the workout doesn’t require a gym or other equipment, which made it convenient for a newbie like me.
